Dwight is perfect fit for me. After a number of shoulder injuries, I am trying to get back to golf. Dwight zoned in on my desires and has tailored a series of exercises and schedules to bring me back. His listening skills are exceptional and he took the time to do outside research on a health issue that arose. He definitely goes the extra mile.

I attend Dwight’s Pilates class, and it is my favorite class. I appreciate that he tells me what I should be feeling and not just going through the motions.
